With the installation of ATI’s revolutionary Intercooled ProCharger system, you will experience the largest reliable performance gains available from any power adder. ATI’s vastly superior performance is possible because Intercooled ProCharger technology produces the coolest charge air temperatures of any forced induction system available. This advantage not only produces a substantially larger increase in air density and airflow, but also allows more ignition timing than other forced induction systems. With this cooler air, greater air density and more timing, Intercooled ProCharger systems produce more power per pound of boost, as well as safely allowing even higher levels of boost and power. And with Intercooled ProCharger technology, you will get consistent, repeatable performance without the significant power fade suffered by non-intercooled and air-to-water intercooled forced induction systems during daily driving and back-to-back runs.

The C-1 ProCharger is the first and only gear-driven centrifugal sport compact supercharger to feature self-lubrication, and contains the industry’s most advanced technology. The C-1 shares many of the design elements which deliver the record-setting durability and performance of ProCharger competition superchargers, and is also street legal.
The patented SC design eliminates the need for oil lines and punching a hole in the oil pan, thanks to an exclusive oil pump. This pump aerates the oil to create the oil mist lubrication required for the ProCharger’s precision bearings and gears. This oil pump (aeration pump) does not require priming at start-up, and oil changes are required only every 6,000 miles. Additionally, instead of being forced to utilize heated engine oil or the grease in sealed bearings, SC ProChargers are lubricated with an extremely high quality synthetic oil which is specifically engineered for high speed use, and produces the least frictional heat and parasitic load.
The self-contained design not only eliminates the heat that is transferred to a supercharger by engine oil in oil-fed applications, it also avoids the risk of clogged supercharger oil lines, oil drainage problems, or engine oil leakage. The patented friction reduction drive system utilizes an advanced “bearing within a bearing” design to reduce overall friction and heat, as well as reducing the speed for each bearing.
By combining advanced supercharger transmission design with the highest quality oil, SC ProChargers produce a larger net power gain because they run cooler and consume less power than comparable oil-fed designs. This is also the only supercharger technology proven to repeatedly produce full-out race turbo levels of power.
The C-1 ProCharger, sheet metal air-to-air intercoolers and related components are also available individually for custom sport compact applications.
